LITTLETON, Colorado– May 22, 2017-PassTime announced today it has named Jeffrey (Jake) Frank Chairman and CEO of the company.  Additionally, the company has appointed Chris Macheca President in addition to remaining as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Jake Frank is the co-founder of PassTime and previously served in numerous executive positions in the past, including Executive Vice President.  Mr. Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia. Since 1990, he has worked in the auto industry and since founding the company in 1992, Mr. Frank has been instrumental in the continued success of PassTime over the past several decades.

Chris Macheca has been with the company for 19 years.  During his career at PassTime, Mr. Macheca has been involved in all areas including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing. Mr. Macheca received his Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.  Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer in 2015, Mr. Macheca served as Executive Vice President of Operations.
