J. H. (Jake) Frank
Chairman & CEO
J.H. (Jake) Frank is the founder, owner, chairman, and CEO of PassTime. Jake received a B.S. from Penn State University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia. He has worked in the automotive industry since 1990, when he and his partner Stan Schwarz founded Gordon Howard Associates, Inc. (which has been developing products for the automobile industry including PassTime since 1992). Today, PassTime manufactures consumer electronics for the special finance sector of the automobile industry. They have focused their efforts on automobile dealerships and finance companies for nearly twenty years. As a testament to PassTime’s commitment to the automotive industry, Jake serves on the NIADA Foundation Board as a Trustee.
Chris Macheca

Chris Macheca completed his undergraduate studies at Regis University in 1997 with a degree in business administration while captaining the lacrosse team. He joined PassTime in 1998 and has been an integral part of the success ever since. During his career at PassTime, Chris has been involved in all areas, including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing and has managed all operations since 2003. He received his MBA in Operations from Regis University in 2007, graduating with honors.
Adam May

Adam May is a finance and accounting executive with over twenty years of experience. Prior to joining PassTime, Adam served as CFO for several consumer product brands across several categories, leading them through periods of significant growth. Prior to his product experience, Adam was Corporate Accounting Senior Manager at Janus Capital Group and an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where he obtained his CPA license. Adam is highly skilled in helping companies achieve their growth objectives through additional product launches, new distribution, additional financing, developing useful planning and analysis tools, P&L management, and implementing back-end infrastructure to support growth. Adam obtained a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Todd Goodnight

Todd is a veteran of the electronics industry with over 30 years of experience spanning retail, marketing, product development, manufacturing, and business development of OEM and consumer electronics devices. Prior to joining PassTime, he held leadership and executive positions with Pioneer Electronics, SiriusXM Radio, and Wistron Neweb Corporation. Todd holds numerous professional industry certifications and presently holds a board seat with the Consumer Technology Association’s Vehicle Technology Division. Todd is responsible for PassTime’s technical, development, IT and product strategies as well as strategic sourcing and supply chain management.

Franco has been part of the success of PassTime since the near beginning, joining the team in 2003. Franco brings more than a decade of electronic and component experience to the team was an integral part of the company’s initial wireless development projects. During his tenure, Franco has been involved in product design and development, purchasing, and quality assurance. Currently, Franco oversees all manufacturing operations.

Charles has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies primarily in the Telecom space. Charles has over 30 years of experience focused on continuous improvement of the customer experience in operations, customer service, and workforce management. Charles joined PassTime in 2008. Prior to joining the team, he held management positions with MCI/Verizon, DirecTV, Wells Fargo, and Level 3 Communications. Charles is responsible for all customer operations, from the Customer Contact Center to logistics. Charles is an alumnus of Central Michigan University.
Corinne Kirkendall

Corinne Kirkendall completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming in 2003 before moving to Washington, DC to co-chair the College Republican National Committee. She joined PassTime in 2005 and has been the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB, and FTC compliance initiatives ever since. Corinne directs the organization’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies, and plans (which align with government laws, regulations, and standards), coordinates inspection of the organization and contract facilities, and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Corinne received her Masters Degree in Business from Regis University in 2007 and is a graduate of the NAF Consumer Credit Compliance Executive Certification.

Mike Roberts is an executive sales leader with a 30+ year track record of successful business development, marketing, and sales management in the consumer electronics and automotive aftermarket industries. He has extensive experience driving multi-faceted sales strategies throughout North America, including product introductions, sales campaigns, channel building, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
As a senior executive with mid-size and large companies, Mike cultivated relationships and built high performance sales teams.
Mike lives in the Phoenix, AZ and enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends.
