Jeffrey H. Frank, Chairman & CEO
Jeffrey (Jake) Frank is chairman and CEO of PassTime. Jake is the founder and owner of PassTime. Jake received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia. He has worked in the auto industry since 1990 when he and his partner, Stan Schwarz, founded Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. which has been developing products for the automobile industry including PassTime since 1992. Today PassTime manufactures consumer electronics for the special finance sector of the automobile industry. They have focused their efforts on automobile dealerships and finance companies for nearly twenty years.
Chris Macheca, President & Chief Operating Officer
Chris Macheca completed his undergraduate studies at Regis University in 1997 with a degree in business administration while captaining the lacrosse team. He joined PassTime in 1998 and has been an integral part of the success ever since. During his career at PassTime, Chris has been involved in all areas including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing and has managed all operations since 2003. He received his MBA in Operations from Regis University in 2007 graduating with honors.
Adam May, Chief Financial Officer
Adam May is a finance and accounting executive with over twenty years of experience. Prior to joining PassTime, Adam served as CFO for several consumer product brands across several categories, leading them through periods of significant growth. Prior to his product experience, Adam was Corporate Accounting Senior Manager at Janus Capital Group and was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young where he obtained his CPA license. Adam is highly skilled in helping companies achieve their growth objectives through additional product launches, new distribution, additional financing, developing useful planning and analysis tools, P&L management and implementing back-end infrastructure to support growth. Adam obtained a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jerry Morgan, Executive Vice President Of Product Development
Jerry Morgan has been in the computer systems and software industry for over 30 years and is responsible for the leading company’s product development activities. Prior to joining PassTime, he served in numerous senior leadership roles with Transparence, Berkeley Software (BSDi), AT&T Labs Internet Platforms Organization, and the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). Jerry is the author and co-author of numerous awarded and pending patents in location-based services and incident response technologies.
Franco Chirico, Executive Vice President of Manufacturing
Franco has been part of the success of PassTime since the near beginning, joining the team 2003. Franco brings more than a decade worth of electronic and component experience to the team as was an integral part of the company’s initial wireless development projects. During his tenure, Franco has been involved in product design and development, purchasing, and quality assurance. Currently, Franco oversees all manufacturing operations.
Charles Rapier, Executive Vice President of Operations
Charles has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies primarily in the Telecom space. Charles has over 30 years of experience focused on continuous improvement of the customer experience in operations, customer service, and workforce management. Charles joined PassTime in 2008, prior to joining the team he held management positions with MCI/Verizon, DirecTV, Wells Fargo, and Level 3 Communications. Charles is responsible all Customer Operations, from the Customer Contact Center to Logistics. Charles is an alumnus of Central Michigan University.
Todd Goodnight, Executive Vice President of Product Management
Todd is a veteran of the electronics industry with over 30 years of experience spanning retail, marketing, product development, manufacturing and business development of OEM and consumer electronics devices. Prior to joining PassTime, he held leadership and executive positions with Pioneer Electronics, SiriusXM Radio and Wistron Neweb Corporation. Todd holds numerous professional industry certifications and presently holds a board seat with the Consumer Technology Association’s Vehicle Technology Division. Todd is responsible for overall product strategy as well as strategic relationships with PassTime’s key suppliers and carrier partners.
Corinne Kirkendall, Executive Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Corinne Kirkendall completed her undergraduate studies at University of Wyoming in 2003 before moving to Washington, DC to Co-Chair the College Republican National Committee. She joined PassTime in 2005 and has been the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB and FTC compliance initiatives. Corinne directs an organization’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards and coordinates inspection of the organization and contract facilities, and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. She received her Masters Degree in Business from Regis University in 2007 and is a graduate of the NAF Consumer Credit Compliance Executive Certification.
In Memoriam: Stanley G. Schwarz, Founder
Stan Schwarz was the founder and owner of PassTime GPS Tracking Solutions. Stan received his undergraduate degree from Oakland University and a master’s degree in design from Ball State University. He was been entrenched in the auto industry beginning in 1990 when he and his partner Jeffrey (Jake) Frank started Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. Today Gordon * Howard Associates (PassTime), develops, designs and manufactures consumer electronics for the automotive industry. Stan and Jake focused their work on servicing automotive dealerships and finance companies for nearly twenty years.
