PassTime is a proud sponsor and participant of NIADA's National Policy Conference. In the event, members held more than 100 meetings with lawmakers and their staff, bringing attention to legislation on various pressing issues.

PassTime engages in industry provided workshops and training sessions that reflect and advance a proactive approach to educating industry employees about compliance standards and best practices. The Company works diligently toward creating a well-trained staff who are more likely to adhere to regulations, reducing the likelihood of any compliance issues. Corinne Kirkendall is PassTime's Executive Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.
She is the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB, and FTC compliance initiatives ever since. Corinne directs the organization’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies, and plans (which align with government laws, regulations, and standards), coordinates inspection of the organization and contract facilities, and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
She is the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB, and FTC compliance initiatives ever since. Corinne directs the organization’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. Regulatory Affairs
PassTime is in regular communication with federal and state regulatory and legislative bodies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws. PassTime has met with the FTC and plan on future meetings and communication to foster a mutual respect and trust-based relationship. Ms. Kirkendall and national compliance counsel also participate in these and state meetings on the evolving landscape of consumer finance and date privacy. These efforts are regular, transparent, and mutually beneficial to PassTime and its customers – and the industry as a whole.
